The Office of the President provides the overall administrative function of the organization, this office houses President, John Taylor and his staff. Mr. Taylor is the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation under the general direction of the Board of Directors and is responsible for implementing the policies and directives of the Board. Mr. Taylor provides direction to staff officers and other members of the management team to ensure the efficient operation of Evergreen. He is responsible for development activities, performing extensive public relations functions, providing periodic reports to the Board and serving as the agency's liaison with the Synod of the Sun.

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for all payroll, employee recruitment, coordination and implementation of Equal Employment Opportunity policies, administration of employee insurance and pension programs and such additional employee-related services as may be needed. Under the direction of Beth Ann Holmes, Vice President of Human Resources, this office develops, coordinates, administers and implements all employee relations functions for the corporation. Mrs. Holmes formulates corporate personnel objectives, policies, systems and procedures and assumes responsibility for their proper dissemination, administration, and implementation. She serves as liaison to the Board's Human Resources Committee.

Kent Craft

The Office of Finance is responsible for providing the centralized services of general accounting, billing, purchasing, and computer services. Under the direction of Kent Craft, Vice President of Finance, this office is the custodian of Evergreen's assets and is responsible for the safeguarding, documenting and reporting of all transactions related to those assets. Mr. Craft is the liaison to the Board's Finance Committee and the principal liaison with governmental funding agencies. He works closely with the President and other staff officers in all matters relating to implementing the policies of the Board.

Jill Burda

The Office of Development is responsible for the fundraising activities of Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries. These activities include individual and corporate donations, grants, planned giving and other financial support. The development staff also provides leadership in public relations activities. Under the general direction of Jill Burda, Vice President of Development, this office is the major liaison to the Board of Trustees of Evergreen Foundation. Regional Vice Presidents of Operations |

The Regional Vice Presidents oversee the three regions, Central, Western and Eastern under the direct supervision of President, John Taylor. They evaluate the programs of each operating facility for compliance with programmatic policies and objectives of the Board of Directors, licensing regulations, and state and federal laws. They also provide direct supervision to Division Directors. The Regional Vice Presidents of Operations are the liaison to the Board's Program Committee.
